Terms of service

Last updated October 9, 2026

The rules for using this site and the Planboard app. By creating an account or using the site you agree to them.

Who we are

Planboard is based in Spain. "We" in these terms means Planboard, and "you" means the person using it.

What Planboard does

Planboard plans content, finds conversations worth joining and drafts posts, replies and images with AI. You decide what gets published. Planboard posts nothing on its own: the only thing it publishes for you is a post or thread on X that you send from a paid plan, after connecting your X account.

Your account

  • You need to be at least 16 to use Planboard.
  • Use an email address you control and keep your sign in safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
  • One account is for one person. Do not share it or open several to get around the limits of a plan.

Plans and limits

Free is open to anyone and needs no card. It includes 1 project, 1 radar that searches when you tap Search now, 20 AI uses a month (writing, radar searches and strategy), the planner, the AI writer and Today. It does not include AI images, publishing to X from Planboard, radars that search by themselves every Monday or the daily digest by email. Monthly limits start again on the first day of each month.

Solo, Pro and Studio have no online checkout. You join the waitlist on this site or ask for a plan in the app, and we switch it on by hand when your place opens, after agreeing the price with you. Nothing is charged before that. The founding member offer is described on the pricing page.

Limits exist because every AI use, image and post on X costs us money. When you reach one, the app tells you and the action waits until the next month or a bigger plan. If we change what Free includes, we will say so on the pricing page and email account holders before the change applies.

Acceptable use

Do not use Planboard to:

  • break the law or help someone else break it;
  • spam, harass, threaten or mislead people, or pretend to be someone you are not;
  • publish content that infringes someone else's rights, such as their copyright, trademark or privacy;
  • break the rules of the networks you post on, such as X, LinkedIn or Reddit;
  • create sexual content involving minors, or content that promotes violence or hatred;
  • scrape, overload or attack the service, get around its limits or resell access to it.

We may suspend or close an account that does any of this.

Your content and what the AI makes

  • What you put into Planboard stays yours. You let us store and process it only to run the service for you.
  • What the AI writes or draws for you is yours to use, as far as the law allows.
  • AI can be wrong, out of date or close to something that already exists. Read every draft before you publish it. You are responsible for what you publish, including facts, claims and the right to use any image.
  • When you connect X, you let Planboard publish on your behalf only what you send. You can disconnect it at any time.

Other services

Planboard works with networks and AI providers that have their own terms. When one of them changes or stops a feature, Planboard may have to change too, and we are not responsible for their services.

No warranty

Planboard is provided as it is and as available. We work to keep it running and accurate, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of errors, that radars will find every relevant post, or that what you publish will bring followers, reach or customers.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or lost data, or for content you publish. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that the law does not let us limit.

Ending your account

You can stop using Planboard at any time. To delete your account, open Settings, then AI and data, then Delete account, and type your email to confirm. It deletes the account, your projects, posts, radars and the connected X account right away and cannot be undone, so use Export in the same place first if you want a copy. If we close an account for breaking these terms we will tell you why. If we ever shut Planboard down, we will give at least 30 days' notice so you can export your work.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change we update them here and change the date at the top. For changes that matter to account holders we send an email before they apply. Using Planboard after that means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law, and the courts of Spain handle any dispute. If you use Planboard as a consumer in the European Union, you keep the protections of the law where you live and can also go to your local courts.
